How to run
Everything is static — open the files directly, or serve the folder for clean popups and storage:
cd ~/webs && python3 -m http.server 8080
Then visit http://localhost:8080. The shared theme and engine live in assets/; the images and their licences are in assets/img/CREDITS.md.
What changed
Rebuilt all three sites on a single electric-purple glass theme, added nine CC-licensed photos, fixed window.magic's missing CSS/JS, and replaced the old reveal-only scroll code with a shared engine: parallax, pinned horizontal rails, tilt, section spy and a live window frame.
